What is Juniva’s Delivery Policy?

Subject to stock availability with suppliers and receipt of payment, orders may be processed within five (5) working days and handed over to a courier company for delivery.

Free delivery applies to all orders of R1000 or more. Delivery of orders that are less than R1000, will cost R50 – irrespective of how big the order is.

For delivery addresses in very remote areas, the courier company will deliver via the Post Office, or to the town nearest to the customer (accessible by the courier company within their normal routes). In these circumstances, the courier company will be in contact with the customer to arrange an alternative address.

Please note that we are not able to deliver to P.O. Box addresses, only to physical addresses.

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the borders of South Africa. For international orders of SOLAL products, please email the Compounding Pharmacy of South Africa directly at orders@compoundingsa.co.za

We supply all goods to the delivery company in good order and will ensure that goods arrive at the customer’s chosen delivery address in the same good order.
